ROTO Estudio creates spaces that flow from the interior to the exterior, transforming them through the use of light as a spatial organizer. They integrate organic geometries and mobile elements for flexible and adaptive environments. They work simultaneously on multiple scales, from entire buildings to custom furniture. Their projects strategically conceal technical complexity, prioritizing clean and sensorial atmospheres. Originally focused on corporate spaces, they now encompass residential, commercial, and restaurant spaces with the same design philosophy.
FEATURED PROJECTS

JACQUEMUS To see ourselves with our eyes open, that is the problem, and to explore our ultimate participations now embedded deeply in layer upon layer of extraneousness: nothing is beyond recall.

MIRROR-MIRROR
A careful naturalist will understand much from the voices of the animals she has studied long. Even a child knows the difference of a cat’s miauling and purr-ing. The faculty may be greatly developed.

The Life-Force is the greater logic we overlook by our blind ethics.

MISSONI COLLABO
With its new claim, ‘Against Apathy,’ the brand distances itself from an attitude of indifference or detachment. In a time of escalating climate tension, Nanimarquina chooses to listen, comprehend, and take action. The project is centred around a circular economy approach, aiming to optimise limited resources and use as few materials as possible. As it’s often challenging to maintain sustainable practices in ephemeral design, we made it a priority to minimise waste. Using the hanging rug as the main piece allowed us to address these challenges. We intentionally designed it to be reusable, cut into smaller pieces, and commercialised as part of the collection after the fair. Instead of being discarded, it gets a second life. In addition to this piece, we only included the necessary walls to confine the space and the floors. Constructed from MDF, it’s a practical choice as the material is 100% natural and recyclable.
